Footings

Timber Frame

We start by carefully setting out and digging the footings, working with experienced, fully qualified digger drivers to make sure everything is to the correct depth and width. Good footings are the backbone of any build, so we take the time to get this stage right, giving your new home a solid, long‑lasting foundation.

The timber frame is rapidly and accurately erected, with every stud, joist and beam set out to exact measurements. Timber framing offers excellent strength, energy efficiency and speed of construction, giving you a warm, solid home that’s built to last.

The Slab

Roof Trusses

Once the footings are complete, we move on to preparing and pouring the concrete slab. We carefully set levels, install insulation and reinforcement where needed, ensuring the slab is poured smooth and true. A well‑laid slab gives your new home a strong, level base for the rest of the build.

Our skilled team carefully installs the roof trusses, ensuring they are set out, aligned and fixed correctly to create a strong, stable structure. This stage is crucial for the overall strength of the build and prepares the house for the high‑quality slate roof to be fitted.

Block Work

Rendering

The blockwork is laid carefully and accurately, tying the structure together and adding strength, insulation and fire protection. Neat, well‑built blockwork not only supports the render and finishes, but also helps create a solid, long‑lasting home.

We apply a traditional sand and cement render with a careful scratch, float and sponge finish, creating a clean, durable surface that protects the blockwork and gives the home a smart, weather‑resistant exterior.

Inside Studwork Walls

Plastering

The internal transformation begins with the studwork walls. We carefully set out and build each timber partition to create the rooms and spaces of your new home, allowing for services, insulation and a neat, solid finish ready for plasterboarding.

Once bonded and skimmed, our plastering provides smooth, clean walls and ceilings that are ready for decorating. Careful plasterwork not only looks great, it also helps create a warm, comfortable feel throughout your new home.

Plasterboarding

Plasterboarding brings the rooms to life, covering the studwork and creating smooth, even surfaces ready for plastering. We fit each board carefully for a neat, solid finish that helps with insulation, soundproofing and the overall feel of your new home.

The kitchen is the heart of the home, and we take real pride in getting every detail right. From the layout and lighting to the units, worktops and tiling, everything is carefully planned and fitted so the space is practical for everyday life and welcoming when friends and family visit.
